Technical update GSB

Since last night, GSB is reporting reduced technical availability on the withdrawal side.

The switching of the withdrawal operating mode from free flow to a mode where compression is required did not go according to plan due to process related failures during start-up. Our technical team is currently investigating the cause of these problems.

In the meantime the operating mode has been switched back to free flow, which resulted in an increase of available withdrawal capacity.
